What better way to control and customise embroidery than to use your PC (requires a PC that is not included or supplied by Bernina). Attach the optional embroidery module and connect the Aurora to your laptop for wonderful, full colour embroidery. Adjust size, shape and colours and add lettering with the Editor Lite software included. Unlike conventional embroidery machines it completely recalculates the stitches required to guarantee fantastic results no matter how much you change the design. Although the Bernina 440QE comes with a convenient small slide-on table for classes, we recommend a full size sew steady table. We have teamed up with The Cotton Patch, one of the UK's leading patchwork and quilting suppliers, to offer our customers The Sew Steady Portable Table. The Sew Steady Table is a clear 23 ½" x 17 ½" Perspex top. The table surface is positioned flush with the free arm to create a larger work area. The benefit of the larger area is that if you are piecing fabric you can lay out the pieces on the table prior to piecing. When quilting you have a larger area so that fabric does not pull on the needle. It creates a two-level surface so that items such as scissors, pins, etc can be kept easily to hand and can be seen through the clear perspex table. The Sew Steady Table will be shipped separately from your sewing machine, and the price of £59.90 includes shipping cost.
